Canal Loft Hotel - New York

Simple hotel with everything clean throughout and an unbeatable and convenient location away from the metro station. Neat and cheap room with an own bathroom.

We were greeted by the excellent staff.

The units are recently refurbished, decent sized with private bathroom.

Unbeatable location for our visit to The Apartment within walking distance of the hotel...

Perfect and fancy venue, magnificent location next to THE SUBWAY STATION "EAST BROADWAY " ABOUT 10 MINUTES ON FOOT, multiple subway stations, over Manhattan bridge into dumbo/Brooklyn and into Chinatown and Midtown areas and Tenement Museum, liked our stay. The hotel staff was nice and personable. They gave us big size double room with very comfortable beds. Having a body wash and a soap was a bonus.

Great location near several subway stations. The room wassuper clean and cozy with a safe and iron. Friendly staff offered excellent service. The common areas were well-maintained.

The location in Chinatown offered easy access to amazing food options. The room was clean, and we appreciated the provision of toiletries.

While the bed was comfortable, it could use a more supportive mattress.

I really appreciated the cleanliness and comfort. The mattresses were surprisingly comfy, awesome! The location couldn't be beat for accessing all the neat spots nearby.

Clean, Cozy, Convenient

I stayed in a Beautiful Double or Twin Room, and I was so impressed by how clean and modern it was! The location couldn't be better-right next to the subway. Plus, the comfy beds and great AC made each night a dream!

The room I stayed in was clean and had a comfortable bed, which I really appreciated. The location near Chinatown was a huge plus for grabbing food and exploring. Staff were generally friendly, especially at the reception. I had some issues with the TV. It took a while to get it working properly, and even then, I struggled to find the channels I wanted. The noise from the street could be a bit distracting at times, especially with the traffic and people late at night. The lack of a microwave in the room was inconvenient, as it meant having to go to communal areas just to heat up food. I noticed the common areas didn't feel well-maintained. The dining space looked cluttered with unused furniture. Despite these drawbacks, my stay was enjoyable due to the cleanliness and staff service.

If you're a foodie, Canal Loft puts you on the doorstep of great grub! I devoured some savory dumplings at East Dumpling, and Shake Shack's burgers were next level. Plus, the location was easy for subway access! It was also neat having a spacious room and comfy bed-I caught some solid Z's for sure!

Totally recommend for a relaxing holiday

Comfortable bed, clean room, with the added convenience of paid wi-fi that kept me connected during my three-night stay, and the location made it easy to explore local attractions while being just 15 km from the nearest airport.

Canal loft hostel & hotel was fantastic! The rooms were super clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom had everything you'd need, including soap and shampoo. I really appreciated the friendly reception staff who were super helpful. It's also just a short walk to the est broadway subway station, made getting around easy.
